Mr. N. Awatar after completing his B. Com and LL.B. from University of Calcutta qualified as a Chartered Accountant in early 1962 and continues to be in practice since then. Mr. Awatar was elected to the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1982 and served as its Chairman for the year 1982-83.

Mr. Rajendra Agrawal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984 and joined our firm in the same year. He has wide experience in the field of auditing, accounting and management services having worked with M/s A.F. Ferguson & Co. and M/s Price Water House for a few years.

Mr. Brijendra Agrawal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and joined our firm in the same year.

Mr. Sanjay Agrawal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and joined our firm in the same year. He has also done LL.B. from the University of Delhi and has specialised in taxation laws.

Mr. H. C. Sharma was a Whole Time Director in IFCI Ltd. (an All India Financial Institution) before entering in the practice and also has the rich experience of re-structuring, financial planning, streamlining systems and procedures etc.
